Achievement "Not Alone"

Hi !
Did someone get this achievement ? And if so, how did you get it ?
I guess it's the new ending and it has to deal with the astro-citizens and/or the harmonica ("if you play it, they'll come" ?)
I got the Dawkins Residence and Enigma achievements, but nothing happened after that like when you try to get another ending.

EDIT : I got it ! When you hear from Deedee on the radio, you're able to reach her apartment. Say NO to this event and then you can get the achievement with the following events.

Well I succeeded this achievement.
I got the idea from a chinese player named "Mew".
When you hear from Deedee on the radio, you're able to reach her apartment. Say NO to this event and then you can get the achievement with the following events.

I play more than 50 rounds, but still don't get this event. It's random?

For the 'Not Alone' achievement, you're going to need the harmonica and the radio.
Eventually you'll get a radio broadcast from some female quickly shouting her name and address.
Decide to X this and not go to her nearby apartment.

Later you'll get another broadcast from the radio. This time there will be whispers and beeps. You'll want to accept this then you'll play a series of notes. a reference to 'Close Encounters of the Third Kind'.

That's all it takes. (It was a pain in the arse to get this one so I thought I'd share it here whilst it hasn't been added to the guide yet).
