Defeated these supervillains about 10 times...
I'm so sick of fighting these supervillains that my team just "lets walk away". Hell man, if it were me - I'd have stabbed each one in the neck with a dagger 3 times over by now. I don't understand why the Son of the Demon doesn't just kill his enemies. Especially after defeating them in a world crisis scenario like this 10 times.

At the very LEAST, capture the enemies FFS.

Welcome to Marvel. I thought it was funny how they go out of their way to say that they're not killing the regular goons either, only knocking them out. And when you defeat a villain, they simply run away. It feels silly and childish and diminishes the feeling of victory, but it's always been this way. One, they are desperate to keep their T or PG-13 rating or whatever it is, and secondly if they started killing villains they'd have to keep coming up with new ones - in the comic universe at large, not this game.

At least it's not as annoying as the Arkham games, where Batman went out of his way not only to spare villains, but actually risked himself to save them... :/

The only supervillains I ever see late game are the giant demon lady and once in a while Crossbones.

After a certain point Venom is out, but aren't you forgetting Sabretooth? He is a nasty piece of work, too. I don't know if his appearance is related to using Wolverine, though.

After a "certain point" he is out too, then after a "certain other point" everyone is back in. At that last point I've seen all villains appear apart from fallen hulk.

You're right of course, it has been a while since I've played through the story. Crossbones takes a timeout too, but that is shortly before the finale. And in endgame grind they are all back. Memory refreshed.

I get this, I just wish it was at least an option to kill. They make - just about the biggest emphasis - every 15 minutes in dialogue about "don't trust them they're the demons kid" but then take away the option of something like killing. They really drive down the fact that you're supposed to be the devil or something but don't give you a chance to utilize it other than a few cheap dialogue options which as go as this:
Paragon - You're fine
Neutral - Do you like hot dogs?
Demon Child - You're dumb
