Storm DLC new achievements cannot be obtained from existing saves?

Hi guys,
My existing save games (not new Game+), was about 90% through the main story, then the Storm DLC came out, downloaded and installed, loaded back existing save games, played a bit and got the first Storm story mission, and then I played till completed Storm missions, and also defeated the final Boss Dracula, and also researched all Storm's research, got her friendship level to 5, played and completed the challenge mission BUT none of the steam achievements are acquired!!!

Is it a bug? Or the new steam achievements can only be obtained from a new game or new game+??

However, my other Steam achievements like have every heroes lead in general missions just obtained as I'm doing some of the general missions before doing last Storm's story mission.

Anyone else faced this kind of Steam achievement bug?

I'm connected online and logged in to 2K when I got the non-Storm DLC achievements but not the new (Storm DLC) achievements.

It's a known issue with the DLC achievements, you'll have to do a NG+ or a new game and then you can get the achievements to unlock.

I just started playing the DLCs and encountered the same issues with the Deadppol achievements. They don't unlock in my playthrough. I'm assuming the other 3 DLC heroes will have the save issues. Amazing how they couldn't be bothered to fix these obvious bugs after 4 months.

I just finished the Storm DLC and the final mission of the DLC. I still don't have credit for any of the previous character pieces completion. Super cool.

What does not work:
- If you use a continuing game +.
- When you create a new game +.

Have thereby given away several hours :D

What works:
- Normal New Game -> All achievements are unlocked.
- Continuing normal game

(Not tried out for Storm and Morbius).

Bug unfortunately exists completely in New Game +.

i have my main NG+ i continued the mission to complete Storm DLC and no achievement unlocked.
Switch to my older and first playthrough, continued and complete Storm DLC and no achievement unlocked.

I need to start a new playthrough anyway to play Power Hunter but i wanna be sure i can unlock everything, or a patch to fix this mess.

I didn't get my achievements with Deadpool, Storm, Morbius, or Venom and I played on new game plus. I also played it on my regular.
