That would be either a driver and/or monitor problem
Open a bug report with NVIDIA
As it isn't affecting every gsync monitor it is almost guaranteed to be a driver/firmware problem vs a game issue.
Likely the only way it will be fixed is reporting it to nvidia
I tested with a 1070 and a 3090 with a AW3423DWF and a PG278Q
Where exactly are you observing this issue, what specifically are you doing with the camera when it occurs?
Reason I ask is that I struggled to find a fix for that myself for the longest time, until I finally learned from a GN video that it’s simply a result of using DLSS, to get flickering with thin, hard edges, like when looking at a fence or mesh and moving the camera for example.
But if you mean your actual monitor is flickering, that does sound like an issue on your end.
I have the Alienware AW3418 with native, hardware G-SYNC module, and my screen has never once flickered in any game, and I run all of them with G-SYNC enabled.
