Fix for the Storm DLC issue for Legendary owners

Storm was not showing up as owned in my game (Legendary version). The fix that worked for me was:

1. From the Midnight Suns store page, under "Content for this game", click on the link for Marvel's Midnight Suns - Blood storm (it will not be highlighted green).
2. Once on the page for the Blood Storm DLC you should see a highlighted green section saying "Marvel's Midnight Suns - Blood Storm is already in your Steam Library".
3. Click Play Now from this page.

The game should launch and when you go to the Mirror Table to select a mission you should see the message about Storm's DLC content.
