Because without it, companies would stop making PC games and stick to the consoles. I don't like it, but I recognize it has to be there. That said, after 1-2 years, a company should remove it as it takes pirates usually less than 6 months to crack it.

I have a feeling they are leaving it in here due to in app purchases in the game so people don't cheat buying those coins, but with a mod, you can bypass this anyway.

There have been KNWON issues with the framerate, so it is to be expected that minor or minuscule issues exist by default, spyware yes! if a program gets into your kernel it is invading your computer where it is not meant to be, would you give your car keys to the company that does your plumbing or whatever? you play offline fine with exeptions, you have to register and nothing is clear for me yet.

No fps issue here getting 150fps and as for denuvo idgaf playing a working game is all that matters
