There's a lot of talking but it's all skip-able.
Look at nexusmods for "bad mods be gone" decrease the grinding by a lot. I'm testing it and its a must have for me.
For 75% would be the good choose.
My main disclaim would be that it fells not finished. From my point of view it would need 1 year more, too polish it out and add some extra content.
The DLC's should be in the main game as secondary missions, but yeah...
I personlly expected more from it.
