Should I buy the game now on 50% discount?

Does the game deserve to be bought now on 50% discount or should I wait for more discount? and if yes, what is the edition?

While I can't say for certain 50% off is a good price or not, it sounds like the base edition may be the only thing you should bother with, since the DLC are sounding to be janky and causing issues.

If you think the game is up your alley, yes its worth buying at 50% off. nab the legendary edition, the dlcs come with it and will add another 30ish % playtime.

I enjoyed it enough to play through it twice. So I think it's worth it. I didn't get any DLC yet and there's enough characters that you can focus on two six hero squads each go to add some variety to replays. The story is meh, the combat is great.
There's a lot of talking but it's all skip-able.

i try some week ago when was free weekend, i enjoy the game my only issue is the abbey, how is that?very boring or too much mandatory time to spend it?Because the game is fun and i not would ruin the experience with hour in the abbey for collection thing or social with alla character

Of course it got an even bigger sale then when I got it the steam version few weeks ago, lol! As for if its worth it, I've played the PS5 version (xmas gift) and its a pretty good game, so it might be worth your time if you don't mind the grinding cards and resources to make powerful cards for the characters. Go for the Legendary edition for the best value if you do buy the game for both extra characters/story and the bonus skins.

Game is worth full price. 50-60 hours of campaign, great voice acting, visuals and sound effects, good story and great gameplay.

Look at nexusmods for "bad mods be gone" decrease the grinding by a lot. I'm testing it and its a must have for me.

Yeah it's worth getting. People will gripe that it's not XCOM. It's not trying to be XCOM.

If you enjoy shallow super hero games with upscaled mobile graphics and below average writing then go for it I guess. But in my opinion the only thing this game has going for it is the turn based card combat system everything else is extremely mediocre, The story and graphics are definitely its weak points.

Waiting for a 75% or more AND when the game is done with adding in all the DLC characters that were mostly done when the game was built.

Was kinda suspicious of the deck-building aspect, thought it would add to much RNG compared to X-Com. Was mistaken, would definitely recommend the game. Combat is tactical and fun, upgrading your decks and pushing crap-tier heroes to godlike is incredibly addicting. Even liked the Abbey-aspect. They did a good job getting the characters right, it's like watching a Saturday-morning-cartoon. There is a LOT of content here, hours of dialogue by good voice actors (skippable if you don't care for that)

The combat portion of the game is excellent and really engrossing. The abbey part of the game is ok, not as bad as people say and serves as a bit of a chill out after the battles. Still I have a quit button if I want to chill out. All in all it's a really good game and worth it at 50% I would say. Not interested in the DLC though.

the game have some good points and alot of bad points. I agree with most of the comments. The best part of the game is the combat system.

For 75% would be the good choose.

My main disclaim would be that it fells not finished. From my point of view it would need 1 year more, too polish it out and add some extra content.

The DLC's should be in the main game as secondary missions, but yeah...

I personlly expected more from it.

I dont regret to have purchased it even if it angers me sometimes when i didnt quick save every 5 minutes anymore to then have the game freezing again in the skill upgrade sword and loosing 30 minutes of progress. Its still fun even if the chapel stuff kind of gets boring in a way to repeat the same procedures again again after each mission. The fights are really fun.
