try reinstalling your graphics drivers. Sometimes another update can mess things up.
Give those two a shot. (maybe do the graphics reinstall first) https://www.amd.com/en/support/downloads/drivers.html/graphics/radeon-600-500-400/radeon-rx-400-series/radeon-rx-480.html
You could also try disabling one of your screens. I don't run dual screens but i know they can be an issue. Sometimes you need to set up graphics with just one, then add the other after settings are config'd correctly.

I think I've seen others reporting errors associated with Visual C++ 2015 but it maybe worthwhile going through all the redistributables (at least the. Net and VC++ ones) and re-running them
Installed the latest AMD drivers, went through the redistributables, plugged out one of the screens, and then launched the game. It worked, so I plugged the other screen again, had to reset because I'm stupid and my main screen wouldn't turn back on again, then ran the game again.
All is fine so far. :) Thanks for the help!
