Please make the Legendary Edition a "Complete Your Set" Bundle
So we don't need to buy the base game again. Thanks.

The legendary edition is exactly equivalent to the base game + season pass. Now that they've started putting the season pass on decent sales it's viable to just buy that when it's 60% off.

See, my issue with that is there's a much smaller difference between the Legendary and the Base game than there is with the Base game + season pass.

You mean pricewise? Yes this was the case. However they've started putting the season pass on sale now. You can pick it up for about £15 (or your local currency equivalent). Prices for base game on sale were about £20, whereas leg was £35 I think, so it's now gone into parity.

Are you sure? On Steam DB I'm seeing Legendary skins DLC not part of the season pass.

Certain, I bought the base + season pass later and have all the content.

Awesome, thanks for confirming!

Go to your library, click on the game, scroll down to your owned DLC tab, manage my DLC & look if there is a package called "Legendary Edition Skins" listed. According to SteamDB[steamdb.info] it should be only part of the Legendary Edition. Also if you click on "Support"> "Remove Game" you can see what edition you bought.

Man I hate companies with their greedy DLC compartmentalization tactics. :fuuu: Can't even communicate what's in what edition, confusing customers on purpose. Ubisoft is doing the exact same shenanigans. Also look at the store page, before explaining what the game is about you get skin advertisements for the editions. All you need to know about 2K.

You're right that it doesn't say that I have that installed as a DLC, however I just checked in game. Every single skin is available to me. Every skin listed online as being in the legendary edition is available. There isn't any option for any character to select something that says "you must own X" even though prior to owning the season pass many options said this.

SteamDB indeed shows that pack but upon inspecting the confusing store page once again, it does look like the season pass covers every piece of content. It isn't clear what is exclusive is in that Legendary Edition skins package since the game+season pass apparently does include everything. Humble Choise is selling the Digital+ Edition along with the Doctor Strange preorder skin and the only DLC I'm missing are all covered by the season pass. I haven't bought the latter to fully confirm this but did check that each DLC is in the pass from their pages.

Watch this Youtube video and compare the skins to yours. Theoretically you shouldn't have all of them. To my understanding the "Legendary" skins are the black ones. They will also simply be hidden ingame for non "Legendary Edition" owners since you can not purchase them in any other way.

Yea that's why I am here, too. If it's not included and there is no way to get the "Legendary" skins separately as a DLC I am going to skip on this Humble monthly. :garfield: I mean SteamDB doesn't lie. If it isn't listed there as included in the "Digital+ Edition" then it isn't included. Period.

Legendary Edition Skins (App ID 2100871)[steamdb.info] >>> only included in Legendary Edition packages
Marvel's Midnight Suns Digital+ Edition (Sub ID 799855)[steamdb.info] >>> Legendary Edition Skins NOT included
Marvel's Midnight Suns Legendary Edition (Sub ID 799854)[steamdb.info] >>> Legendary Edition Skins included

The description for the "Marvel's Midnight Suns Legendary Edition" and the "Marvel's Midnight Suns Season Pass" are kinda identical, mentioning "3 premium skins" and "four playable post-launch DLC heroes". So there it sounds like it's all included in the season pass, but according to SteamDB that's not the case. And I trust SteamDB more than a skin commercial Steam page.

I have all those skins (I actually looked at that video when I checked prior to my previous post), the title of the video even says "Legendary Edition + Season Pass". They were never hidden in game, I could always see all the skins, I just didn't have them. They wouldn't hide them because you are separately able to purchase any individual skins via their cosmetic microtransactions.

I don't know why you're so insistent on this, but it's time to either directly call me a liar or accept you're wrong. I am telling you 100% that I have all the cosmetics available having bought the base game then later the season pass, never the legendary edition.

I am not calling you a liar, but your statement that the "Legendary" skins are included in anything else than the "Legendary Edition" is not backed up by SteamDB. Also it just wouldn't make any sense to offer the Legendary Edition for 20 bucks more if the extra skins are anyways included in the cheaper editions. :qpasapapu: There is either some mumbo jumbo going on or you bought the "Legendary Edition" and mix something up.

If you go to your library, click on the game, click support, remove game (no worries, it won't get removed in the first step), what packages do you get listed there? Word by word, copy it & post it here. Or make a screenshot.
The cheaper editions only have a subset of the skins unlocked by default, instead of all of them. You can buy the missing ones through a store on the main menu. Note that this is only the base models; you unlock all kinds of alternate color schemes for each costume as you explore the world and plunder booty.

I think you may not be aware that on SteamDB some unlisted packages might be duplicates of content that has been rolled in to other editions of the game that are available. Based on the actual owners of the game here, the Season Pass does include everything if added to the Humble version so that's good enough for me personally.

It's not a cheaper edition. The cheapest way to get all the content if you haven't bought anything is to buy the legendary edition. If you've bought the standard edition then it's cheaper to buy the season pass and effectively upgrade to legendary edition for just about the same amount as you would have spent on the legendary edition in the first place (which is why they are in feature parity).
