thats what i noticed too so i only bought the base game. even if the base game will be fantastic i wont miss the dlc because i don't like the dlc characters (actually only like venom but hate the others including deadpool) and the dlcs are supposed to be super short, like 2-3 hours each whilst the main game is a 60 hour campaign at least.
doesn't look like the dlcs add anything meaningful to the game and the base game itself seems to be "complete" if you want to play through it once and fully experience the story.
Umm no, out of the settings only the ray tracing causes huge performance loss. I run the game just fine on epic settings at native 3200*1800p resolution, not even needing any FSR. And I have a last-gen entry level 4k gaming rig with Ryzen 5600X, OC RX6800 and 32GB of 3600mhz RAM with the game installed on a fast M.2 Nvme SSD.
I've disabled the 2k launcher with a Steam command though, because it causes a lot of performance issues.
