Tank? What gives you that impression - he has no tanking skills (Taunt, Shield, Counter, Resist..) whatsoever.
He's pure damage and basically starts every mission with "strengthened"
With a bit of management of his passive, he can keep the buff for the whole encounter - which usually doesn't last very long
Easily the strongest of the 3 DLC characters so far - let's see what Storm can do
True, though nothing beats Annihilation with increased AoE when Hunter is fully trained up, heh.
Annihilation also destroys all the environmental stuff on the map and leaves behind tons of rubble, not much difference to my mind there.^^
