Male Hunter Moves Like a Girl
Anyone else notice that the male hunter has a very feminine way of moving? No joke I actually burst out laughing when I first saw my male hunter's walk animation. Dude over here swaying his hips like he's trying to do a sexy strut down a catwalk.

I completed the game with female first as Light, and thought i'd do a New game+ as Male as Dark........ the first thing i noticed and put me off is what u said, it is as if the game was fully made for the female only but knowing ppl would ♥♥♥♥♥ about "one gender" so they put in a male model but didn't bother to change the animation skeleton for a male and just used the female one... is how i felt it was.

So yea... deleted it and made a new one with female again.

I gave my male hunter a femboy haircut to go with his walk and picture him as being flamboyant.

Of course, somebody had to bring it there. It's not woke, it's lazy. They use the same animations for everyone.

She does to a point. Doesn't strut her hips and has a deeper fem voice as well. At least you can make her look pretty and she has a nice bosom. I think there was an attempt to satisfy the over sensitive while trying to keep those who came for comic book looks somewhat happy. Sounds like they failed on the male movement tho.

And of course somebody doesn't get a joke.

I'm not too fond of the male voice either. That was another reason to start over with a female character.

Sure, entirely possible. But when there have already been many non-joking posts saying the same thing then it gets real hard to see that you're the one that was "j/k lol"

I seriously thought I was imagining stuff. Glad I'n not the only one.

Female character sounds like a dude and acts macho.
Male character sounds like a little :trainbowbarf: and seems fem.

Coming from Disney what did you expect?

I think the male variant was offered as an after thought. I was on the fence about buying into the title because while I really enjoyed XCOM I find superheroes a little uninspired so I read up on it first. Don't get me wrong, as a pre teen I loved comics but when every story ends with punching the bad thing eventually it all feels a little ridiculous. I might sound a little hypocritical considering I enjoy XCOM but what I enjoy is the problem solving aspect of tactical combat. Anyway, I looked into this a bit prior to my preorder and while I am not an expert I guess in the comics the character Hunter was based on was female and could not be anything else -I think that had something to do with bloodlines and witches but that is just a guess. So yeah the male option was likely offered somewhere later in development.

Hope that helps.
