I did, googled to launch game to bypass 2k launcher but its still the same issue. Cant get pass first night's sleep without crashing.
I'm having the same problem on my Steam Deck, and I thought it was just a Steam Deck issue! Tried the launch options to disable 2k launcher and force dx11, but nothing has helped yet.

This proves that its an optimisation problem. Spent 1hr+ trying to fix this problem with no results

Game is unoptimized. I saw it drop to single digits during a long play session. The hub area has the worst of it. Unless you have a crazy amount of ram you better save a lot because it will crash.

If you're on PC, would report to 2k and see what they suggest. Have seen one person on PC saying that switching to DX11 has stopped this error but it shouldn't be happening in the first place! It's not a universal issue, I've not seen it at all in 100+ hours post-patch (3080ti etc.)

https://support.2k.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=5948100264979

(Reports from Steam Deck may not be useful - and obviously 2k won't offer support for it at the moment.)

It's a you issue.

It's not a you issue. There are many posts about this happening. I've built PC's for years. I've had this one for about 2 years now. I've had little to no crashes at all. I've had more crashes with this one game since it's release then the entirety of the lifetime of this PC, yet every other game I play works fine. It's the first time I've had to give a negative review simply because of how often it's crashed on me.

Did you try setting DLSS to the highest performance setting before entering sleep? That would have reduced the amount of required video memory.

These issues are not affecting everyone, but unfortunately they do affect some players. Nvidia users have been reporting more issues than AMD users.
