Abbey Four Statues Legendary chest bug?

I paid respects to all four statues but when I go back it looks like Yelena’s eyes aren’t lit up and I can’t pay respects again. Bug or am I doing something wrong?

If there is a bug then it isn't one I ran into with my post-patches playthrough. (Assuming PC version here.)

Obvious thing to suggest but double double check that you've paid respects to all 4 statues (may be worth taking a video of you doing it and it failing for you) and then pass it to 2k: https://support.2k.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=5948100264979
