And I disagree wholeheartedly about pre-made characters. Making my own hunter really sells it to me. And you can do a bit with visual style to make them your own
All the same, I'd love to have more abilities, more animations (give patience a decent one while they're at it), and which hook up to changing Hunter's weapons choices. Obviously see why it is how it is, but there's plenty of room there for expansion on every character's deck even Hunter's.
Do hope we see at least some broadening out of Hunter's deck over time, even if the challenge would be to make Hunter feel like they're bringing something no other hero replicates.
My ideal would be to really lean into the background story and have a debuffing/dps set of cards which add a late 17th century firearm to Hunter's repetoire. (And yes I'll steal the Musketeer from Darkest Dungeons if needed!)
