In short....everything that makes Charlie somewhat useful is severely diminished. Thus not making it worthwhile to summon her. All they have to do is make those "Mark" cards a guarantee appearance in your hand upon summoning Charlie. As well as making that first one free of use. This will allow Charlie to hit the ground running for such a high cost card.
It'll also add clutch tactical plays for such a high cost card, adding some drama to the combat scenario. The function will be similar to those Assault Hydra missions where you get mission cards that allow you to prolong a round. 2 plays left? don't worry. Summon charlie, apply mark and use the big damaging cards to take out some weakened opponents as a clutch play. That would be nice for a 4 cost card. Now there are simply to many other worthwhile options that far out perform Charlie.
For the love of dog, I still keep it in my deck though and will use it as long as i am not in a dire situation, but yeah, i think the card should be buffed.
-Lower heroism cost (as the relationship with her grows, will require less heroism maybe?)
-Increased duration(maybe with condition eg. extend 1 round [max once per turn] if she makes a kill)
-more of her action cards and let us edit her deck, and modify her card (Cards of "Summon Charlie" card....Cardception?)
-Or maybe.....even better, make her become a unit as her own.....that will be absolutely awesomeeeeeeeee.................

You get 3 actions 'cos 3 characters (sorta), right?
Summon Charlie, you get +1 card plays while she's on the field.
But, the fact that Charlie's deck is mediocre and not modable, I don't know if the card would be preferred over Bladestorm...
One of the multiple issue of Charlie is the fact that it's a legendary card that have to compete with Bladestorm or Annihilation, and it need to have a similar power push to be useable...
1. It requires you an action and 4 heroic points just to summon her.
2. Her cards can't be modded.
3. The only thing she is good at is clearing the 1hp enemies but this requires a lot of perfect rng to pull off as you have to draw howl first and then bite after bite to do so. Why would anyone do that when they have other aoe options that only cost 1 action instead of two.
4. All her cards are inferior or at best equal to other hero cards.
5. Not all of her cards are upgraded even on max level.
I can't understand how a team of developers thought this is balanced.
I hope they change it as this is a legendary card which makes the bad balance especially painful.
Depending on what redraw mod you happen to get on the card, I can see, at least..., one or two use case. ^^
But like I said earlier, how can this card compete with Bladestorm...
It's mostly a meme card.
