So you end up with 5.25 x offense in a large line area of effect. That's more damage than a Hero Combo (with rare exception) to multiple opponents. It has the added benefit/drawback of emptying your hand. Played as a last card in the turn it means you dump any cards you don't want to use next turn (but also lose any that you might have wanted to save).
Lash+ is one of two natural Forceful Knockback Quick attacks in the game and his is omnidirectional. It costs you some HP but it's great versatility and his extreme damage means you can typically just kill anything that threatens to hit him: even on higher difficulties.
The issue with that is, once your hand has a lot of cards in it, you don't draw new cards on your next turn.
That's where hell ride comes in. For my kind of build, the discard mechanic is incredible.
Dr Strange is an insufferable, condescending bellend. Every time he talks I want to slap the smug out of him. Same goes for Captain America who just comes across as a pompous tool bag. The biggest crime is what they did to Blade though. Seriously... What the f*** is Blade doing running a book club? Why is he having me be a middle man because he's crushing on Captain Marvel and doesn't have the balls to just go and talk to her? Why is he whinging to me about Captain America turning up to the book club and then bottling it when I offer to tell him to f*** off? Why is Blade standing outside my room first thing in the morning to ask me out on a man date? It's like playing a Marvel expansion for The Sims... They could call it "The Simps"
Jokes aside, I am enjoying the game a lot. But the dialogue and social interactions are a cringefest.
