Hulk invulnerable

I am in purifying hulk battle and already knocked him down twice. Now he gets invulnerable status infinity turns. He dosen't take any damage.

Has anyone encountered it. I am stuck at this stage. This has to be a bug.

Read the mission goal at the Top Right Corner of the screen "Defeat Hulk with No More".

does it means you need to complete wanda's challenge before going into this mission. great. you only see it once you are in the mission and not in the mirror table. It should not be even enabled on mirror table if that is the case

you get it for free for the mission.

just knock him down, select wanda, use "no more" ... done.

after that... well you still have to knock him 3 times to purify him each time with your hero.

it's not super hard, just need to managed burst properly. easier if you have someone with some stun, or vulnerability.

Thanks for your help. Went back loaded the last turn and couldn't see that card. I might have mistakenly redrawn it. I replayed the mission and got the card after I knocked hulk down for the second time.

Lol. I had this the first time I played the mission. Smashed him a couple of times, while building up my big power for a third round over the top smashing of the Hulk. Nailed him with 2x the power needed to take him out, and ... nothing.

Thought it was a bug, so restarted the mission. That's when I saw the mission requirement that he had to be hit with "No More". I was irritated until I saw the No More ability in action. It's powerful. Also, Wolverine's comment when she finally uses it is priceless.

This mission really sucks on hardest difficulty. Hulk attacks bypass resist (if they are AoE? unclear) and he just kills Wanda all the time, making the mission unbeatable without revive items.

Its not just Hulk, all supervillain attacks bypass resist by default so Resist doesn't work for protecting mission critical characters from them.

Yea, I activated my No more, went thru the animation got the KO and then bam. Mission failed?

Yeah, same for me, wanda knocks him out and BAM, misson failed.

The solution is to get to that point with a spare revive available, and if you're on a difficulty that doesn't allow revives, just lower to one that does to do that mission. Make sure nobody gets downed until Wanda can use No More, and the mission will proceed as normal. Apparently the Venom DLC mucked with how the game handles detecting that stuff at the tail-end of missions.

Not just saying this out of assumptions btw, happened to me when I got to the mission for the first time last night. Definitely a bug that it ends when you do No More without a revive, but it worked my second time around when I made sure nobody got downed before I used it!

Trust me, it was a hard lesson learned for me, too, and I'd gone in knowing about this glitch ahead of time, but still managed to trigger it!

On the turn RIGHT BEFORE Wanda was allowed to use No More, an offense-buffed Hulk managed to slap her into a ley line that did well over half of her HP with the combined damage of the impact + the attack that flung her, which gave her Vulnerable, AND THEN followed up with another attack on her that was an immediate K.O., all in one turn because I'd positioned her badly.

Needless to say, I was livid, but, second time worked like a charm!
