Question on Head Props

I keep getting a "help hero" interaction that asks me to buy and equip a new head prop. I so far have not been able to figure out how to buy a new one. I have only a headband or none option in my menu, and neither is enough to complete the task. I have no problem buying new abbey out fits and equipping those, but I'm missing something on the head props. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks.

You need to open chests so u can unlock them to buy for like 20-25 gloss.

IIRC, that mission completed for me with a whole head prop - the valkyr helm which matches one of the suits was what I equipped I believe.

I've unlocked numerous chest, to the point where most of the time now they just give me credits or gloss. I have Valkyr prop, but I had it prior to these hero help tasks and it doesn't advance the task. It seems like even decline the "help hero" tasks won't clear that one, every time a new help hero option comes up it's the same task.

Yeah, this is kinda annoying when you've bought everything available. It'd behoove the devs to patch this so that, if you've bought the requested item already, it should allow you to complete the quest.
