Question before doing last mission. (SPOILERS)

so... before you start reading hope you are ok with spoilers because there will be. if you do not want to know, do not read as i wont be putting spoiler tags after this.











So i reach the point where i freed Bruce Banner. the hulk, and i have the trigger ready to start the final mission. however i have a small issue that is, the hulk has NO FRIENDSHIP meter, which is a little weird because you can see that he as a Midnight sun outfit locked, which says is unlocked through achievement for doing his challenge mission, but Challenge Missions can only be done when you reach Friendship 5 with a character.

so i wonder ... do i need to finish everyone before i can do his, i only have 2 left to do so it should not be very long? does it only unlock in NG+? i really have no clue at this point.

so if anyone has an answer feel free to leave a message.

so for anyone interested.

you indeed do not have a reputation with hulk, tho sometimes when you get near Banner he will show a reputation, and somehow asks you for a hangout. however once you bring hulk a few times in missions, then do his first research you get another one to unlock his challenge mission. so all good in the end, i suppose they did this so you dont spam 20 missions after you get him to potentially get his reputation up.

PS, he is a monster, if you pick his 2 cards "always angry" which is usable only once, he can get something like 2000+hp, insane amount of rage (which increase his damage like mad) ... so basically just taunt everything all the time, support him with heal and yeah ... just "hulk smash" everything to pulp

use Challenging roar x2/Always angry x2/Gamma kick x2/seismic slamx2 and just laugh after like 1-2 turn as you roam around with 3000hp one taping everything that hits you, and unleashing massive aoe. with a cap of 7 rage, it's fun.

Just launched ng+, Hulk still has no friendship meter there, so i guess i will have to reload into the first game and unlock his stuff.

yeah i finished all friendship before moving to final mission.

in NG+ you really dont have much that carries over.

basically only Friendship "paragon" bonus for each hero and unlocked Midnight armor + all skins unlocked, but you still need to pay them again.

Training does not carry over, all the missions "help" a friend that reward hunter with stat also dont.

The new game plus is severely lacking, I'd be okay with it if we least carried all the stats over, losing your entire deck and then also having to rebuy your cosmetics feels like a slap to the face. I figured I'd unlock everything by doing new game plus cycles but knowing the unlocks don't stick just ruins it. Only reason to do new game plus at this point is for a challenge replay of the game, otherwise you're better off just sticking the post game save.

In NG+ there is also no Friendsship for the Hulk (atleast for me)
But Hilk was even worse for me. I had the Final Mission done and was in the Part where you can still play Missions to gain more EXP for Champions Lvl which carry over to NG+

Well Mr Banner was constanstly harrassing me with a Quest to invite him to a special place to gain friendship, but you never have to option to invite Bruce to any place at the abbey.
The Quest had a 2 Day Timer for completion and if it failed mr banner had the quest again the following day.

Luckily Bruce isnt bothering me anymore with that Quest in NG+ :D

haha yes me too ... kept asking me for a hangout to a spot, but i had no more spot left for him wether i accept (and fail) or refuse he was always asking me again, completely blocking any other quest from other hero. was annoying
