how do you get more paintings for your bedroom ?
without having to remove others from the abbey

Searching the Abbey grounds will net you quite a few.

Esc (to get to ingame menu) > Photobooth > Gallery > select picture/screenshot you want > hold F to covert to painting for 50 gloss or whatever.

Picture will then be a painting in your inventory you can install like any other painting.

Be warned though, half the paintings won't fit the frames properly, even if you zoom them out.

This is especially so if you do them vertically.

So, rely on comic photos instead sadly.

Screenshots from photo mode can be used as paintings, I got my room full of pictures of NPCs and bosses.
