Sound Issues: Some Voices cannot be heard

So, here I am ready to play the game. Loading the game after downloading it fully, installing the new Nivdea 3090 driver, and I'm good to go. I hear the introduction, graphics set to epic and 4k seems to be working well. The intro movies starts, Crossbones gets out of the chopper, I hear Hail Hydra... and that when things start to fail. I see the subtitle say Crossbones says something...but I hear no voice. Sure I hear the background music, some chanting in the back, etc. I then also don't hear the supplicant priest talk, or any of crossbones dialogue (all I can do is read subtitles to know he has spoken). Any Ideas? I've tried everything I can think of on my end to fix this. I'm not about to play the game if I can't hear the whole thing.

Hi, unfortuneatly I experienced the same issue.

My first impression was it was somehow related to my sound driver.

But first I made sure my OS (Windows) was up-to-date.

After that I tried several options of this video :

Even I can´t remember which one exactly fixed it it´s running fine now.
Don´t forget to restart your system after doing the tips.

I was rather suspicious about the video as it seems to be common stuff that you usually would try to do, but it really fixed it for me.

It happens sometimes and it's definitely a bug, also sometimes the camera switches to your character and that lowers the sound of the person talking to you. Subtitles are your friend and only workaround until something gets updated.

Agreed, it really seems to be a bug as I ran into it further in the game again.

So, just wait for the fix and read ftw.

Playing on Xbox here and while I had no issues during my gameplay, my youtube recording is missing the voices. So weird.
