Game breaking bug. Hangout(?) stuck in infinite loop.

After a side mission, I was returned to the bed side at night time. I had no active quests or hangouts available to me. I can wander the Abbey without any noticeable issues, but when I have my character go to bed... it cuts to what looks like a hangout with Tony Stark. The two are sitting at the bar, but I hear no audio. The camera angle just keeps panning around, but it's indefinitely stuck. I reloaded a handful of saves going back and it's always the same result.

This was 10 hours into a playthrough so this is very discouraging and frustrating. I fear I'll have to abandon the playthrough all together. Trying an older save now. I doubt my issue will get fixed, but just mentioning here to help devs hopefully become more aware of these game breaking issues...

Update... found a workaround mentioned in other threads. Saved my game during that stuck hangout/cut scene and then loaded this save. I loaded in standing on the barstool where the cut scene was stuck... my list of objectives in the top left corner are back... seems back to normal. Fingers crossed it's just a hiccup and doesn't mess anything up.

Thank you. I'm having the same problem except I'm in some sort of mushroom patch. I will try the save trick and hope it works, I've been playing this game for FAR too long to scrap it now. None of my earlier saves work, they're all effected by this issue.

I have the same issue, which is very frustrating. After sleeping, the scene goes to Tony's room where the camera slowly pans, but nothing else happens. If I save it there, then quit and come back in, I am locked inside Tony's room! Fast travel options are on the map, but when I click on any one of them, it briefly tries to load a new scene, but it fails and I am imprisioned in Tony Starks room with the closed door and no where to go. Are there any console/cheat codes that might help? This is very very frustrating, as even when I go back several saves and go through all those battles, it takes me to the same scene and issue. I am not sure if even a whole new playthrough would work, as it may run into the same issue. The cutscene seems to trigger when Tony's friendship level reaches 4 or 5 mysteriously in the middle of the night while I sleep....
