Also Thor isn’t really a god. Asgardians are really just aliens in the Marvel universe.
Pretty much, Captain Marvel in all the various incarnations of the character is just knockoff Superman.
Flies super, punches super hard, wears blue suit. Every bit as boring, too.
Just read Wikipedia. Due to how comic continuity works, you're better off reading a general history of the character than getting into specifics. Marvel characters get retcons and reboots and spinoffs and alternate versions and more.
So specifics about the characters in this game may not apply to any given comic's continuity. Tony Stark, for instance, was originally a recovering alcoholic and this game actually alludes to that (he specifies loading up the bar with non-alcoholic beverages), but they mostly sidestep that in the MCU movies.
Or while Robbie Reyes is the fifth Ghost Rider (sort of), other Ghost Riders in other comic lines have included Spider Man (AKA Ghost Spider) and the Punisher.
I doubt Disney will go that direction when they eventually bring back RDJ as Iron Man. These are comic book movies after all, no one stays dead in comics
Hey ! So i can say i have something in common with Thor ! Nice !
Yep. Hulk gets thrown into the mix as well.
The thing is it really depends on when you are reading and who is writing. Sometimes Asgardians are just really powerful aliens and sometimes they are actually maybe sorta are gods. In theory Captain Marvel has always been as powerful as she was but she was also very much a third string character in Marvel for decades. For much of that time she was usually just brought up as a foot note as to why Rogue can fly and is really strong. Or when discussing how gross Avengers #200 was.
As a long time comic fan I’m happy that Marvel has finally done right by Carol. I don’t think she is their best character but when written well she can be fun to read about. Chris Claremont always had a good voice for her.
Endgame Thor opened a new world of possibilities for plus size cosplaying(or just Halloweening) men. :)
God of War : Ragnarok Thor went even more big chungus recently, he's cool tho.. i wouln't mess with him ahah
The only major thing she did was start CW2.
