pls let me zoom in and out

i literally am having an aneurysm that i cannot zoom in and out

I NEED TO ZOOM IN

and then for no apparent reason

I NEED TO ZOOM OUT

i do this out of habit. its habitual and its sacrilege that i cannot 'zoom' in and out.

+1 the camera is funny sometimes the angles are strange. I want a top down camera as well + zoom in/ out please. Maybe for next patch?

Yeah I wouldn't mind a bit more control over the camera. It's great that we can freely tilt, pan, rotate etc but I'd love a zoom option as well as a "fixed" camera view.

Not everyone uses a controller. Besides, I doubt you can zoom in/out the way people want, you can move the camera or further by panning around but that's not zoom.

This. There is literally no mention in the controls of any zoom function. Seems like a massive oversight for a tactical combat game.

And btw it's not “for no apparent reason”. Being zoomed out lets you get a strategic view of the battlefield which is very helpful for planning a sequence of moves that involve knockbacks or AoE effects.
