No cloud save
Are you positive you're *Streaming* it FROM the PC to the Steamdeck while playing? (Meaning, your PC is on and running the game. You're just viewing it and playing it on the Deck).
If you're *Streaming*, then the saves SHOULD be on your PC locally. If you unintentionally installed the game on your steam deck and you're playing it *NATIVELY* on the steam deck, those saves are currently going to be only accessible there.
Until they enable cloud saves and it begins to share save files across both platforms. That's my understanding, at least.
((I constantly backup my saves folder on windows though, because I'm afraid that when they fix this, it might break something and sync the wrong folder to the cloud thus erasing my saves))
