Graphics and performance advice.
Hello,

I am seriously struggling to play this game on the lowest graphic settings. I am not brilliant with PC’s but would of thought my PC could handle this game.

I currently have NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 Ti and a Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8700K CPU @ 3.70GHz.

I have turned V sync off and capped it to 30 FPS. I can just about get it to run smoothly when doing this.

Is it my PC that causing the issues (need an upgrade) with performance or are other people having similar issues?

If so has anyone found any workarounds?

its currently a super bad known issue even with higher graphic cards. the best thing i would suggest is honestly wait till they hopefully address it cause i personally have not found a fix

Thank you for reply. Frustrating given the cost of the game, but as you said hopefully they will patch soon.

About to try it with pretty much the same system and Rust running at the same time. Will let you know.

I'm having no performance issues on the game so far.
Rust isnt liking it running at the same time, but that's nothing new.

Maybe check your RAM usage when the game is running. With both games going, I'm using over 24GB.

GPU and CPU both at good #'s.

Im using 10/6 gb. Still cant get good performance. I have reinstalled it again and it improved slightly. Im only getting 10 FPS on low graphics. Very annoying.

Anything else high in performance on task manager?

Super weird but Vsync made the game for me smooth. But im sitting on a 4080 here. But maybe its worth a try for you guys.

Nope nothing at all. I have messaged 2K and sent them a video link to my issue. Just awaiting a response.

Changing from DX12 to DX11 fixed the stuttering for me

Already tired this and nothing changed. Still can play it running below 10 fps in abbey. Hopefully i will get a response from 2K soon.

If you have a similar video card to what the Xbox has, I'm sure the game will run fine. If you have a better card, expect issues as these games are made for the console.
