It is, thread is asking why the Legendary Edition has this extra sentence the other pre-order editions don't.
It's just strange marketing brainfart I guess.
I wondered if it was an aborted idea from further back in time which no-one had altered for this release date, couldn't find any of the old marketing bumf to prove it either way though. Fun smallprint.
Yeah could be, like it probably used to be a Legendary Edition early access for 30 days, but then they decided to make it a preorder bonus instead but nobody told the marketing team to change the text.
The cosmetic skins being sold ingame? I guess it's all a bit horse armour. O tempora o mores. This cosmetic skin here is just a pre-order bonus though.
