Missing info from guide

There's a side quest that does not appear in the guide - "Missing Fairy". If you go to back Crimsonleaf after you complete the mean goblin quest, they give you this quest.

Also, the chest at the top of Bone Aerie is supposed to be triggered by walking on all the hidden traps in the cave. So far I've found 1 invisible trap in the first cave up to the harpy, and 2 invisible traps in the second cave going up to the cliff with the chest. Stepping on all 3 does not open the chest - I've also tried stepping on all the traps visible and invisible, neither work. Please help

I have search all area in the game and never found that fairy.
There is 2 chests i can't open, this one and another one in a cave, i don't remember.
Now i'm stuck in the last dungeon, with some unfinished quest, 2 achievements to go and a unkilled boss.
