I can't upgrade my walls or town hall.
I am on day 13 and for the past couple of days I can't uprade my town hall or walls to stone. Do i have to be at a certain day or something?

Facing the same problem on my third play, it worked before.

Solution: Find the wooden shrine and upgrade it to the stone version

The wooden shrine is turning into a stone shrine and suddenly you can build stone structures. Even a blind man without ears doesn't need more indications.

Nah, just an outbreak of pinkeye or imbalance of the humors, nothing some bloodletting wouldn't fix
