What all does the mule trader deliver?

I started a new run and was planning on building no towers. I went ahead and paid the mule trader to drop off some supplies and to my suprise i didn't receive anything, then I noticed a new tower in my based that had been upgraded to stage 2. Anyone have a list of what he can give?

sampson (mule man/trader) will fill up a whole row of your tools (Bow's, Hammers and Scythes) if you have some tools already there or a full row when he gets to the tool (its random what he gives you) then he will fill up the rack until trhe rack is full. If already full you get nothing from paying him. Also you towers gome from the wooden fort and castle upgrade as they are in your stronghold yes?
