Blood moon occurs every 5th day, from what I've seen.

For the first two blood moons (day 5 and 10) you definitely need to have catapults, else the hordes will tear down your walls in seconds and will just trample your archers.

You don't need more than 2 builders (hammer guys) during this phase so focus on making archers out of those hobos at camps.

Solve your financial problems by chasing after deer until they turn around and run towards your camp; towards your archers' fire. Might take a couple tries since they need to be shot twice and your archers can't hit the broadside of a barn let alone double shotting a deer.

Get your palisades (at your very first night) up and upgrade them to wooden walls, followed by your towers. Get one of each all built and upgraded on both sides before the first BM (blood moon).

After you survive the first bm, focus on expanding your borders so you can find a stream and build a farm on it to make some serious money. But beware, if you just build those farms as they come, outside your walls, you farmers will be brown bread since they don't retreat inside castle walls during the night. So don't bother until you have expanded your borders so that the stream is inside your walls. Just one farmland, upgraded to mill later on is enough for the entire game tbh.

Try and find the shrine that lets you build stone walls and upgrade your walls accordingly, while building up your archers count. That shrine can be on either side, the one that looks like a shed.

Not much else to do after that, keep recruiting archers, along with some hammer guys since stone tier walls and towers take a long time to build. Get your knights up, they will pack archers together and form units. Make a habit of recruiting at least 2 or 3 goons from camps every day.

Later on, you will be raided by flying monsters and boulder throwing giants. During a blood moon involving these guys, your regular troops and defenses just won't do, so you need to get buffs from archer & builder shrines. Archer shrine makes your guys shoot with pinpoint accuracy, while the latter buffs your walls' defenses considerably.

That's about it. If you get to the point where you have a mill running with 5 farmers, 30+ archers and all 4 knights guarding upgraded stone walls with shrine boosts, your defenses will be impenetrable.

Make archers constantly. You should have 8 archers and 1 builder by day 2. Make archers, keep going, make more, more more. If you have enough archers by the first bloodmoon (wave 5) you will survive easily without walls or posts. Now build walls and towers. You should have so many damn archers that you can just focus on expanding and getting farms.

Could u clear this for me,please.Do shrines deactivate by themselfs or because of demons?

No, you can upgrade it once for one day, 2 for two days, 3 for... guess what, 3 days.

Typically I rush the archers and a pallisade on both sides. Then as soon as that is finished i run off into the forst with some gold find the shrine and unlock all the stone upgrades. The first tier stone wall can easily hold off the first and second blood moon giving you time to max them for day 15 and expand into farms and catapults. After that towers and expansion.

It's pretty much going to come down to getting more archers. There are two factors in your defense: the amount of damage you can dish out in any span of time (determined mainly by your archers + catapult) and the amount of time you have before your defense is overrun (determined by your walls)

It should be noted that the best wall (high stone walls) last a very long time but also reduce the damage dealt by your archers, and particularly by your catapult, as your units will often hit your own wall rather than the enemies on the other side. The second best wall allows for most shots to still hit and provides the best arch for your catapult shot, but is more fragile.

What this means is that depending on what deals most of your damage it'll be better to have tier 3 walls rather than tier 4, as all that really matters is that the enemy dies before your wall is breached. Once you get a LOT of archers you can get the last tier of wall, which is good since you can't rely on the catapult as much during later waves (the giants will throw the boulders you launch back at you, which can be very detrimental, and most shots fired at/over a tier 4 wall will shatter leaving the giants with no ammo)

Also don't build your closest starting walls, build 1 layer out, you get the inner walls and tower free if you upgrade far enough.

I see,thank you.

You dont need to have the farm inside your walls. With the first farm the farmers will walk back every night. Just make sure the farm is close to your walls because the monsters come early in some occasions and will kill them. SO dont bother upgrading your farm untill there are walls around it. Also watch out for those monsters with white masks. One got my crown to pop off despite being behind 2 walls :/
