Report a translation problem
If it's the latter and you have an nvidia card, go to the control panel -> Adjust desktop size and position and select these:
Perform scaling on: GPU
Check: Override the scaling mode
And for the scaling mode, if you don't have a 16:9 monitor, when you select "Aspect ratio", you will have some black bars, or if you do "Fullscreen" the image will be stretched.
And don't forget to click apply.
For reference, I have a 16:9 monitor and an Nvidia GTX 980.
The first episode of World End Economica did not have this full screen issue at all on my setup so I'm inclined to think it is a bug somewhere in the game or my end.
