Low fps

So what the ♥♥♥♥ is wrong with this tittle? im getting around 40 fps only,on max settings. 1440p. Is it just the way it runs or i`m missing something here? Will it realy be only game that doesnt run with atleast 60fps on max settings with my rig? P.S latest recommended drivers. Used DDU like always,to uninstall old driver.

Ryzen 5 5600 3.5ghz (4,4ghz turbo)
2x8 ddr4 @ 3466mhz (dual channel)
RX 6700 XT Asrock radeon challenger pro OC (12gb)

Maybe some success. I'm getting 40-170 fps now.

In Radeon Adrenalin:
I created a game profile.
Enhanced Sync = On
Under Advanced:
Anti-Aliasing = Override
Anti-Aliasing Level = 8xEQ
AA Method = Supersampling
Morphological AA = Disabled
Anisotropic Filtering = Enabled
Anispotropic Level = 16x
Texture Filtering = Performance
Surface Format = Disabled
Tessellation Mode = Override
Max Tessellation Level = 8x
Triple Buffering Disabled.

Dunno if it'll hold. Game seems to run differently every time. I rebooted as well.

I have a overkill pc from working long hours and months to build.
Ryzen 9 5900x cpu
6950 XT
64Gb Ram Running at 4400Mhz
2 Samsung 980 pro 1Tb
1200 watt asus thor power supply
Asus 1080p 165hz monitor
QN90B Samsung Neo QLED 4K HDR Smart TV 120hz and up to 144hz.
So i got this game because it was on sale and in 1080 ultra graphics i get 30fps-60fps at
4-10% gpu and cpu usage. But when i play in 4k i get 40fps-80fps at 25-50% usage on just gpu and 10% cpu usage this bothers me because it would be more fun if it was playable.

AMD cpu are ass thats why your having problems my game ran fine no problems i have an intel i9 iam getting 155 to 288 fps on max settings
