game is cap at 30 fps

I have a rx 6700 XT
Ryzen 5 3600

Main menu cap at 144 hz
in game 30 fps...

I have this game since day 1, this is so trash!

How to fix fps cap limit?

1. Disable Vsync.
2. Don't use Afterburner or, any kind of display software which can constraint your fps.

dint work it is cap 30 fps but 140 in main menu

Have you tried putting a configuration value?
Please open up the cfg file from gamesdk and put an fps limit there.

I had the same build but then my gpu broke, msi send me back a RX 6700 XT, huge upgrade, but this game is beyond solving since day 1

Recently the CryEngine issue with contracts got resolved, so I didn't think this through.
I totally forgot. Sorry for that.

The issue is with your AMD GPU, if I am not mistaken.
As far as I know, it does not utilize a fair GPU memory. Check out your GPU usage while in-game. If I am right it won't cross ~40%.
