8 gb ram is not enough for this game
i am at 100% cpu usage with 8 gb ram
people were right this game needs 16 gb or more
i dont have that issue with other games just with this game

Detail your computer specs would help! reading some of the other post regarding performance would also give you some clues

Increasing your pagefile.sys will give you more memory.

Like Sarge some PC specs would help use help you. A desktop ram upgrade is easy and cheap

My computer didn't work with 8gb ram and I had to upgrade to 16gb. Idling alone took 7.5gb, and doing anything else stuttered the game.

Show the specs of your computer

Many things will affect performance, just a few CPU, GPU, OS, Desktop/Laptop, Display device, resolution, background programs and yes memory.
