Disabling film grain?
Is there a way to disable film grain?

No. At least not in any way that's easy. And there's a good reason for that. Videogames need film grain because 32 bit colour isn't precise enough to prevent banding.

go to where sgw3 is installed

r_HDRGrainAmount = 0

That doesn't seem to work, at least last time I tried tinkering with it. Couldn't hurt to try, though. The game seems to do a bunch of post-processing stuff in the level scripts, as part of the day night cycle, which is likely where it gets overridden.

yea. i know it def dosent work in mp and im unsure if it works im sp. i havnt played in a while
Im late to the party but it work.

You have to copy this: r_HDRGrainAmount=0

To BOTH file:

\Steam\steamapps\common\Sniper Ghost Warrior 3\GameSDK\ game.cfg

AND

C:\Users\User Name\Saved Games\Sniper Ghost Warrior 3 in the game.cfg file.
