[DEV] RedShell Removal

To our players,

Thank you for sharing your concerns over the use of Red Shell in Sniper Ghost Warrior 3.
Though the software was used for marketing purposes only, we take your feedback seriously and care about your trust in us. Thus, with the last update we have removed it from the game. We have no plans to use it in the future.

spyware on video games is too much

Just because it's gone now...it was installed long enough for all those marketers to steal what informatiom they wanted. Too late now.

Wow. I am removeing several games, even those I ike form my system. Never to be installed again. Sobeit, they have tagged me but, they'll never do it agian. THANKS STEAM FOR ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ US OVER WITH THIS ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. HOW MUCH DID YOU GET OUT OF IT FOR ALLOWING SPYWARE ON YOUR PLATFORM?

We get banned for hacking accounts, they get to hack our accounts and Steam gets paid to allow it to happen.

not necessarily, some devs hardcode it in so redshell.dll cant be seen. quake champions did that apparently.

Thats great that you have removed it. But if you really take our feedback seriously you will fix the countless issues still present in the game

So CIG could do the same?! Yes, you are right, IF they would really take our feedback seriously the would fix all the remaining problems...

they could, but i dont think they have. It would be a bad pr move to announce the removal of redshell and still have it in

Well said Jaxx these Devs are probably the worse ever and the game ? well just about sums them up = Crap , they did not say sorry , so boycot any other game these people make
