thanks, i noticed that but was wondering if there was more to it since it shows locked after act 4
It always remains locked in the main campaign, whereas when you're playing the Escape DLC, the other Act1-4 remain locked (even though you completed some of them already). It seems that the main campaign and DLC campaign are handled and calculated totally separate from each other. Definitely bad game design here, cause it confuses many people. No idea why they even show all the other missions/acts in the DLC campaign and in vice versa the DLC campaign. But unfortunately the whole game, although it's fun to play, is a bit unfinished and still like a beta version.
its does seem like an unfinished product , I also found to be fairly lame in general
