I'm pretty sure the devs said you can still play after finishing the main story.
as i just completed this game last night and have 2 side missions to find. you can still play the game after you beat it.
People should stop thinking about gameplay time and fps, and start to enjoy games more.
Wow, I'm 20 hours in and only on act 2, but I'm doing every side mission, assassinations and keeping fast travel to a minimum.
Some of the POI's are interesting but I got bored with them after a while because most of them are pretty pointless after a while, also the Act 2 map seems bugged and won't make POI icons show up at all. I did make sure to find all the secret weapons you can find on the open world though.
They could have padded out the game a bit more if crafting and looting were actually useful, but they're not useful at all because you're always swimming in cash and can buy whatever you want.
Also I really hope they add in mission replayability. Even better would be a New Game Plus mode where the enemies are harder, but you can use all the weapon/gadget unlocks from your first playthrough.
