Can't clear Point of Interest

I am unable to clear this POI.
I've checked the area multiple times and as far as I know, there are only 4 enemies at that place.
I killed all of them, but I'm still unable to release the prisoners.
The game tells me to kill the remaining seperatists, but there are none.
Anyone have an idea?

when you're interacting with hostages, if there is another ennemy in the area, it'll be tagged
At last it has done this for me

I had that... I just pressed esc and chose the last checkpoint option and they all appeared.

I tried it several times already. Reloading checkpoints, reloading the game, attrackting attention by not using suppressors and lots of explosives, checked the whole area with the drone, cleared the nearby outpost.
All to no avail.

You might have to gather all the resources at the site. I had that problem to and I went and picked up everything and it cleared. Some have special loot you have to grab for it to clear

But this one only has to civillians digging up an army truck thats stuck in the mud.

Did you use scout mode to make sure you aren't missing anything?

Yep an there's nothing there. After I killed the fourth man, a message showed that I can now release the prisoners, but when I approach them and press E as prompted, it still says to kill the remaining seperatists.

The way I found to clear this point while having the same issue was, i killed the hostages and went straight to the menu and then back to the game, this stopped the bug and i could finally clear this area.
