Things impossible to unlock (for me,at least)

I did a rather complete playthrough, where i did all main and side missions, all secondary objectives, all points of interest, all assassinations, all collectibles, etc.
However at the end i didn't unlock the following things:

Attachments :

ES-25 -> silencer and bipod
AKA-47 -> lasersight
Herstall -> Herstall Voelpe collimator
KT-R -> KT-R extended mag

Camos:

Hot Fusion
Nitrous
Cytotoxicity

Do you guys got any of these somehow ? And if you know how to get them, please let me know. Thanks.

Same for me, I got a glitch on one point of interest (the slaughterhouse) it says there is something there but after I completed the campaign I can't open the door to the basement anymore, so I have this one point of interest remaining and I can't get to it =(

and also it is weird you did not unlock the AK laser sight i got that one-two missions into ACT 2 :/

Eh, doesn't matter TBH, i decided to uninstall. In the end, it was kinda fun and was enjoyable, but it has so many bugs and so many missing features i won't bother with it for at least 1 year. It has great potential, and i honestly think it's an unpolished gem, but the QA was nonexistent, and i'm fed up by all its quirks.. And to top it all the devs took a 3 day vacation when everyone screams about the save game issue. That's how much the paying customer is valued nowadays.

The 3 missing weapon skins are in the 3 safehouse, after the last mission.

i searched in the DAM, and VILLAGE, and nothing. and in MINING TOWN, the same. i also completed all POI's. and AKA-47 LASERSIGHT i still can't find.
