I keep losing ambient sound. Please fix it.

I hate it when it happens in the middle of a mission. Suddendly all sounds are fine but the ambient sound (wind, insects, etc.) is gone. It breaks the immersion.

It happen in every gaming session I have with this game. It's solved when realoading a checkpoint, but checkpoints are so scarse that I never do it on purpose.

I have an Sound Blaster Audigy Fx and don't have any sound issues in other games.

I also have the missing Most Wanted icon on the map.

The game is great, please keep fixing it. Thanks!

Pure garbage the input line has static on it, When a crusty $2 usb sounds better than $200 card something is wrong, it the software is abhorrent the drivers are glitchy and cause audio issues in everything the modded drivers worked ok for a bit but still it would get issues in games and sounds would disappear from things.

Creative are terrible now a days. Sure the SB range was ok for games in the 90s

I've got an Audigy 2 something in my old pile it was about that time i should've stopped buying creative the Port driver would crash the sound driver would BLUESCREEN on certain versions in certain games.

Creative never never no just stop.

You may also have latency issues relating to your PCI port.

But I don't have any sound issues with my other games. Didn't test the game with the last patches, though. Maybe they fixed it.

Creative drivers just suck and not having a problem with one title is not even a thing certain engines games plugins etc push limitations of certain products where others are not hitting the problem spot that's how it is.

It's not just one title that works fine, I have more than 50 games installed and they all sounds fine. The only one I have a missing sound problem (Mafia 3) I had the same problem with my previous Realtek sound card, so it's the game's fault. I never had a problem with my default Creative drivers.

It's not the hardware though it's always creatives drivers, since the Audigy for my self and others had issues with their drivers back on 98 to XP running modded drivers would work difficult now, It has taken others composing their own little packages of mish mased drivers etc to fix the simple mistakes Creative made and never fixed.

Oh and then there's trying to load the Firmware in linux and have your Jacks even work at all...

Currently using a Onboard as my SBZ is a pile of garbage because of driver limitations causing a whole mess of things.

I'm happy with my Audigy Fx. Never had any problem.
