Collectibles locations on map?

Is there anyway to get the locations of history relics and sniper rifles to show on map?
I have certainly collected a few but have no idea if I have all from the one area. Though there are a couple or so places I cannot access as I do not have the drone hacking module or have not figured out how to get into a tower that appears to be blocked.

There is one in one of the drone hacking areas. I saw the case. Dont know how the get the thermal or hacking modual. I am on the 5th mission and have most all ? done except the few that are poping up.
Found a few ? i can't do because of no drone hack.

You will need to climb for the blocked tower
another way in is hidden in the bushes not to far from it

Did try climbing but obviously not at the right spot. Will have a look in the bushes roundabout also.
