Savegame lost after 42h and 85% achievements!!!

What the hell is wrong with this game??. After posting multiple bugs and issues already i finally lost all progress!!
I quit the game just before at 42h ingame time and 85% achievements.
It did crash once and freezed once in all that time, but never had an issue when restarting.
BUT NOW MY SAVE IS GONE. I have only the option to start a new game- wich i dont wanna do because maybe there is a way to bring back that save.
PLEASE DEVS HELP!!

I quit the game as usual and after new start the option "continue" was gone - please please help :(

Use the search facility, they've already posted some instructions on how to send files to them...

u dont mean utility? And how should the windows search help me? Yeah i could google for this issue but i hope the devs reading this post, as they usually do

wait for 50-100% savegames to be uploaded.Im doing the same.lost my saves earlier.got a backup of my files but that was 2 days ago so I need to play through 17h again..already finished the whole storyline..now I need to do it again =(

there are 3 pairs of savegames (times) in that savegame folder. maybe i can delete the last pair and restart?

just sent them my saves to [e-mail] as they advised on different post. Hope they reply and it will work. Lucky i didnt hit that "new game" button yet - because i would have lost my saves forever

DEVS PLEASE ANSWER THIS? If i start the DLC story now on my lost save - what will happen after you sent back my corrupted saves (at least i hope you will) ?
Are they sepereate savegames for main campaign and dlc?? And can i then copy/paste the dlc save into the repaired main campaign file?
You guys better fix this or i guess it will be the last game i bought from you guys :(
