Main Menu Music
Is it just me or is the main menu music just out of place and off-putting? I turned my in game music off because I was hearing the menu music in the car and when sneaking through outposts, I'm pretty sure its haunting me everywhere I go. I can't get away from it lmfao.

I kid I kid.

But no seriously, I feel like it doesn't match the mood of the game whatsoever, I get it being played on the radio and such, and yes I get the game takes place in Russia, hence the Russian music, but they chose this song as the main menu music? Why tho? Or am I just being picky? Don't get me wrong, the game is cool, I'm just wondering if some people feel the same way I do about it. :steammocking:

I can't get that song out of my head now. Wish there was a way to turn off the menu music only, or better yet, cycle through all of the available music so it's not so repetitive. :steamfacepalm:

Glad Im not the only one... I hated how it even played through the entire loading screen as well. All of the other songs I'm perfectly fine with. This one just rubs me the wrong way though... it feels so out of place.

Lmfaoooo! Yeah, I'm not saying the song is particularly bad, but it gets really annoying after a few sits through loading screens and while I'm fixing my video settings. :steamfacepalm:

Um... Georgia is very much a country in no way affiliated with Russia. Its also in on/off conflict with Armenia. If you do a little research on the region, the game becomes much more interesting. The culture is similar to Russia, but then again different enough to separate from the Soviet Union and survive on its own.

On the original point, yes, the music is unbearable after you sit through the 5 minute loading screens several times. I find myself trying desperately not to switch regions unless it is absolutely necessary.
