Save Game Disappeared

Ever since the last 27th April update, my save game is gone. No trace of playing except my Steam statistics. Help.

Go to C:\Users\ProfileName\Saved Games\Sniper Ghost Warrior 3, zip SaveGames folder and send it please at [e-mail]

My game crashed and now my save is apparently corrupted; this is what happens when you are given no controls over saving and are forced into an auto save system

my prediction is never. since they release weapon or weaponskins instead of takin care of issues wich took away all progress because of incompetence releasing a game wich didnt support steamsync at release and lost also progress at restart for no reason.
This game is dead already for me since i tried 2 times to contact support and nothing happened :(

Are you really still trying to play this game ? Even if it was OK, there is no quick save, you die or you quit during a mission... you start all again.
Buy Styx !!!

Styx is a fine but very different game. your comments are not correct. points of interest and most wanted remain forever cleared once cleared. regular missions do have some checkpoints, at the beginning and sometimes after turning events. The game does have a lot of flaws but it also has lots of good qualities.

Styx is a fine but very different game. your comments are not correct. points of interest and most wanted remain forever cleared once cleared. regular missions do have some checkpoints, at the beginning and sometimes after turning events. The game does have a lot of flaws but it also has lots of good qualities.

"remain forever" lol- not when you played before steamsync was available and you lost 42h progress like i did, and thats the one and only reason for this post and not if styx is better or not - who cares?

Happened to me to, closed the game after playing for about 14-16hours straight! had 90%+ progress, I had closed the game and shut down for the night. Now my save is ♥♥♥♥ing gone!

I have zipped and emailed my save to CI games but they don't respond; build a game and dont support it. This game has so many stupid things wrong with it. No SLI support I get another 10-15fps by disabling SLI and the crashes almost all stopped aside from a ladder bug on rare occasions but whats the point of a game if it doesn't save your ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ progress!? Honestly IMHO im not sure this game is worth 50$

The worst part of this game is the suppressor mechanics, its so stupid and the only way to get around having to constantly dump money in is to use one of the two integrated while weapons like the BMT are almost useless unless your doing one of the very long range covering missions as the suppressor on that particular weapon breaks after just 10shots when the mag will hold up to 15. Its like they want us to go back to base every 10minutes completely sucks the fun out.

Here's hoping CI Games does some major ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ improvements

Are you using Steam cloud sync? I also lost my save, but after they added Steam sync support It's been fine, at least for me, I also sent my saves to them, and unfortunately they can't fix it. Also the supressor thing is supposed to be realistic, it is what it is, as long as you carry supressor repair kits, I don't think it's really problem. Anyway good luck!
