I would bet that someone would have answered like this... I perfectly know what is steam! for you why I asked here? Because this is the only forum for this game. I ask for a CI games user not for people that don't have nothing to do and just answer to questions without helping !!

As they believe it will be more profitable to do it this way. CD Projekt have given large amounts of dlc for free in an even more favourable manner (for all owners, not just preorders) and have recieved massive rewards partly as a result of doing so.
Always asking for money for everything is not usually the best way to maximize earnings.

Now with youtubers/reviewers most play on easy which is usually not to much of an issue. In this game however I suspect it will adversly effect the game massiely. You really want to play on the second hardest, or very hardest difficulty which no doubt effects there opinions. I also suspect youtubers are very affected by the hype machine. Meaning unless a game is absolutely horrid, they are fincanically incentivised to be positive and cover it, the degree this will the case is directly corelated to how hyped up the game is. Not because they are bought out (though i'm sure similar things happen), rather it simply gets more views and allows them to cover it more whilst it is still in the public eye.
