Chromatic Aberration - CAN WE DISABLE IT ALREADY PLEASE!!?

I've preordered like an idiot and sat waiting on patches since 25 Apr, 2017.
Still no sign of adding a toggle for something that stops many people playing.
This is an extremely simple task and you are now running a sale. Nice one.

Really don't care about performance when I can't play the damn game.
Fix it already please devs. Had hundreds if not thousands of requests.
Still sitting here shaking my head that it's not been done already.

Can't wrangle cryengine? Enable .cfg files. Simple.

Add the line 'r_ChromaticAberration = 0' to the file game.cfg which is found within your SGW3 steam files.

if it were that simple, would be done. :)
no editing works as everything is locked.
user & autoexec cfg changes don't get applied.

I can't give the exact date on the next patch but it should come out soon. I think in the current state you should already be able to enjoy the game at its best.

Commands do work via the game.cfg file as I have added toggle aim and visual changes all via the game.cfg file.

Add the lines to game.cfg in Steam\SteamApps\common\Sniper Ghost Warrior 3\GameSDK

Be aware that the game may start to crash if you guys start to change the files like proposed above. But it also may run well...

When we have something added to the game you have to also be aware we have the other platforms to add it too as well then test there. The "Its so simple, why isnt this and this done yet" Nothing is ever that simple adding to mulitple platforms. Hope you understand this the way i am trying to explain. Its coming just be patient with us please.
