The online does not work

From the hosts end everything looks fine but on the other players pc they are unable to select a character. This also happens when playing a random online match and in private. I know this because me and my friend are litterally the only people online. How can a game be this old and broken

Apologies! It looks like the network facilitator on our end crashed earlier in the week, which would have caused network issues for anyone who didn't manually open ports in a network game. This should be fixed now if you give it another shot.

Its not really worth my time or money at this point should probably just go free to play what are you getting like 2 sales a month at this point?

yeah I've been trying to play with a buddy tonight and we're having issues
EDIT: and we forward both our ports so dunno what to do.

So does the online multiplayer still not work or was it fixed? Wanting to find out before I decide to purchase.
